Conditions.
- Suites are luxury retreats for adult couples. There are no facilities for children.
- Braeside is a smoke free environment. Facilities provided for smokers outdoors.
- Check-in time is from 2.00 pm. Check-out time is 11.00 am
- A deposit of 50% of the booking or one night’s stay (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your booking.
- Easter/Christmas/New Year/public holidays – weekend rates and minimum stays apply.
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable unless the suite is re-let, in which case a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- A single night stay requiring twin beds incurs a $25 surcharge.
GIFT CERTIFICATES are paid in full at time of purchase and not refundable.
WHOLE HOUSE – EXCLUSIVE USE – SPECIAL RATES available (min. 2 night stay)
STAYS of 5 nights or longer attract SPECIAL RATES.
Single occupancy 75% of advertised rate.
